When you actually get the tickets, this app kind of works. However, this might be the worst app I have installed on my phone. It’s an absolute joke. It’s actually quite amazing how terrible this app/company is and can still maintain their existence.

Had to sign up to get my tickets but the tickets don’t show up. Flying across the country for this event so here’s to hoping someone fixes it before I get there...seeing as it’s been several days without a response. Update 7/18 still no response more than 9 days later...

Worst ticket app EVER!

I never review apps, but this is the worst ticketing app / worst app ever! Looks like it’s from a 1990s pc and it functions just as bad! They are holding my tickets and won’t let me export or list one of them to sell. I always use digital tickets and Seat Geek is the best! Pay more for hard paper tickets and AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COST! They won’t even respond to my emails or the contact page. Terrible customer service to match the really bad app, what a joke!!!

Venues - PLEASE stop using this app! I’m talking to you, Red Rocks - this is essentially non-functional and I just spent 45 minutes getting my tickets for a single event. If I could give this zero stars I would.

An app that isn’t necessary and so many steps to do just to be able to see my tickets. If you can avoid it do it. I hope I don’t have to do anything through this app never again. Hopefully the developers realize all the changes they have to do to make this something that you wanna use twice. I feel bad writing bad reviews but this one got on my nerves.

I’ve never written a review for an app but this one is literally so bad that I had to. It’s the dumbest app I have ever used from log in to ticket scanning. I couldn’t even see my tickets on the app and had to download the AXS app and link it to flash seats to get my tickets. This app should be taken off the app store, it’s that bad.

Even though I just created an account and am certain that I’m putting in the correct password, I CANT ACCESS MY TICKETS. What does this company think it’s doing? Any venue that uses this service is just pissing off it’s customers (thanks Forest Hills Stadium)

This is the first time I’ve written a review for an app. Just about every other review explains simply how bad the app is and how frustrating it is to 1. Set up an account 2. Access tickets. I just want to be able to get tickets and GO not have to sign up yet again for another service that I’m going to get useless emails from.
