Horrible customer service

They locked me out of my account. Sent multiple emails, only response was computer generated. Not one response back. I was locked out for almost a week. BS!!

I got robbed!

I bought and sold 2 tickets through the app and never received my money! I got a email with a link to my receipt that took me to an error page! 2 months after the sell of my tickets and I still haven’t gotten any responses to my multiple emails trying to get my money.


App full of bugs

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I’ve experienced before my code not loading at the door of an event and running out of battery. Also, my account got ‘disabled’ for some unknown reason and I can’t create a new one. Think of an app that can give you ALL problems you can potentially imagine when it comes to using scannable codes to enter an event, that’s FlashSeats


Terrible - Believe the Hype

I read the awful reviews and wanted avoid using this app at all costs. Unfortunately, it was the only option for this concert. My experience is the same as everyone else’s: inability to access my expensive tickets + poor customer support. Because I feared this, I’m attempting to sort it out a few days before the concert. Fingers crossed that I’ll be admitted after spending $200+...Worst of all in my opinion is the discrediting this does for Stubhub, a reputable, functional tool. Apparently they do zero vetting of their technology partners. Will make every attempt to avoid both from here on out.

This app is not convenient. I downloaded it and set it up when I purchased tickets. Four months later, I try to go into app to get the barcode and I cannot remember my password. This was my fault. However, after 3 wrong attempts, I was locked out of my account. Instead of sending me a link to change password, I had to email customer support. There response takes 72 hrs which is ridiculous if you need to access tickets that evening. Very inconvenient.

I have never used an app this bad. I am currently on the way to a concert for which I still don’t have the tickets. We bought the tickets a couple days ago, and they never showed up. We called stubhub and they said the only thing they could do was refund us, and they had no idea what was wrong. We then quickly attempted to buy tickets from somewhere else, but they also required this app. We decided to try it and hope for the best. Now, our new tickets haven’t shown up. Hopefully they’ll let us in with the receipt that has our seat number on it.
