Missing tickets on the app!

bstahlsco

We go to at least one concert a month. I am missing tickets in the app to a show today AND 2 days from now. But don’t worry - tickets for a show next month are in the app as two shows (1 seat each) and I have tickets for the October show I have purchased. Neither are in the app. ALL tickets are in my account when I log in on a computer. I listed a ticket for sale in the Flash marketplace. Then actually sold the ticket on StubHub. To cancel the Flash sale listing I also had to log in to the AXS website. For an APP that is REQUIRED because your venues no longer provide .pdf files I can print this is a really poor product. If I am supposed to use the AXS app for this stuff then maybe combine them? This stand alone one really is bad.

Frustration

DC2012Cowboy

This app is terrible. My tickets are posting on the website, but not my mobile app. Which is a HUGE problem because that is what I need to get in the event. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are associated with AXS ticketing service. A rep told me to uninstall my app. Which ultimately did NOT resolve my issue. There is a comment section under “contact us” which will NEVER be reviewed or responded to. Never using this ticketing service again. PS it will not allow me review it a 0 star because that is what it deserves.

Crap! Crap! Crap!!!!!

Got forced into downloading and using piece of sh*t app after purchasing tickets on Stubhub. Apparently designed in the 1990’s! flashtickets makes everything about purchasing a ticket unclear and annoying!!! No integration into to iOS iWallet. I hate everything about this app and company I will NEVER use it again once I finally go to the event they made me jump through hoops for!

Good app

From what I’ve read the negative comments are from those people who didn’t read their email that specifically stated to download the app in order to view your tickets. How to solve a potential problem of not having wifi once at the venue-get the app before not the day of. Simple as that! Once you have the app, it’s easy to use. Just log in and your tickets are there. I did this for my trip to the galaxy game. No complaints

I paid my money, shouldn’t have to sign up to your service

Will be avoiding this ticket provider in the future.

Just Awful

DownWithOBP

Would give zero stars if I could. REALLY annoyed that I have to download an app just to access tickets that I purchased. Reluctantly downloaded the app only to be hit with an error message stating that my account has been disabled and that I need to contact support. What happens if I have this issue when I show up to the event? Total bull$@&!

How hard can be to develop a decent mobile App by a large company like yours. This is 2018 and your app it's a disgrace. I could build a better app blindfolded and with one hand. Having an app like this is disrespectful to your customers. I expect to never need to use your services again. I thought ticketmaster sucked in mobile but this is a real joke.

Worst APP EVER

It’s okay

In March I went to go see g-eazy and this is the only way I could’ve gone. In order for this to work perfectly you just need WiFi for the ticket to load. That was my problem. I didn’t have WiFi at the venue and the venue said I should go to the box office to go verify my tickets and they could help me from there but when they asked me to verify my address they said it was incorrect and I was confused. So at that point I missed the opening act which didn’t matter and I found WiFi from a pizza place nearby and thankfully I got in without a problem once they scanned my app. They also printed a ticket when they scanned the app so like me, if you collect your tickets for memories, is perfect. This year I’m saving to go to a sold out concert and the only way I can get them are flash seats so hopefully I don’t waste 380$ for nothing if I don’t have WiFi ?

Unbelievably poor experience

Long forms requiring data they don’t need (and I don’t want to give), forcing the download of their outdated app, glitchy experience that requires your full attention for 20+ minutes just to get two tickets. Events need to stop using this awful service. The only reason they are around is it’s users are forced to follow their archaic workflow when an event organization doesn’t think to look at the user reviews for what they are putting their attendees through. Painful.
