I enjoyed the concept of this app a lot, but I feel the removal of so many merch items (with no apparent warning) aside from vinyls and CDs for free users makes me personally not want to use the app anymore. I feel my points are useless now because I’d been saving up for better items.

i tried purchasing a vinyl. i had enough points to purchase it. i redeemed , and the shipping was free too , so i basically got it for free. when i confirmed , it said error. i tried again , and said error. i tried an hour later and it still didn't work. its getting me upset that i cant purchase something. it literally took me 3 months to get 3,000 points.

I can’t knock this app too hard. For zero dollars and just linking it to Spotify you can slowly generate free stuff. The monthly subscription (as of today) will amount to roughly 11,500 additional points over the course of a year. That amounts to roughly 3x vinyl records for $48 annually which is really not bad at all. They do seem to degrade the point rewards on a regular basis. For example daily sign in used to be worth 20 points and is now only worth 7. I used to be able to dig deep for news article points but now it is limited how deep it will go. Additionally, the news used to regularly have points hidden in them. I have now gone 3 weeks and only found 5 points in the news articles (as opposed to a minimum of 10 points a day). The free to play experience is going to average roughly 50 points per day or 18250 points a year which (at today’s exchange rate) amounts to 5x vinyl records per year. Expect these numbers to degrade over time, though. Finally, while I have received exactly 1 of the 3 records I have earned the shipping takes absolutely forever, to the point I am not sure I will even receive my records. My last order was placed before Thanksgiving and it is now halfway through January with nothing arrived. In summary, yes you can get free stuff and more stuff if you pay a reasonable subscription. However, the service only gets less efficient over time and the shipping times are absolutely unacceptable.

this app used to be really cool but since it’s gotten more popular it has gotten worse. you have to pay to download the app now apparently and you barely get points. it also took my merch a very very long time to even be sent out.

When I first downloaded this app a year ago, I was cautious but excited to see what they were going to do with it and how it was going to work. I quickly earned enough points to order a vinyl record and I was so happy when it arrived. I made a list of the next rewards I wanted to earn and started working towards them. I’ve since ordered 3 more records. One arrived just as the first one did, but there were problems with the other two. First of all, one of the updates required me to start paying $3.99 for shipping, which I didn’t need for the first two. I decided to go with it since 4 bucks for a record is still not a bad deal. I waited about 3 months and neither record came. This morning I woke up with thousands of points earned back and my shipments cancelled. Thanks for the points I guess but you still have 8 bucks of my shipping money. If I reordered my records would I have to pay that again, just for them not to show up again? FIX, you’ve done a great job of getting me hooked but you’ve lost my trust.

Hi, I logged in to FIX today to check on my points I was accumulating for a shirt. When I logged in, I saw a general announcement from FIX about processing merch and that I was reimbursed for my points from my last order because it had been canceled by FIX. I had been waiting 56 days for my purchase. I didn’t receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email, so I don’t know what happened. Now, the flannel is no longer available. I would really appreciate knowing what is going to happen as most of the original merchandise offered by FIX under several artists is gone. I understand y’all are very busy, but I would really appreciate knowing what is going on. If things are not going to be resolved well, I will have to cancel my subscription. :( Side note: If this problem is able to be resolved, it would be great to have tracking numbers added to each order if possible. I’d also LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the Ticketmaster gift cards back again, but I understand if there was an issue between the companies and that is no longer an option.

So far i’ve been pleased with this app. It could be a little more accurate with the point system considering how much music i actually listen to on the daily and the app only counting about a quarter of it but overall it’s okay. Other than that all I really ask is to make the dark blue blink 182 hoodie available again! I have been saving up my points to get that for over 5 months now. I even bought premium membership and everything and just as i was about to purchase I was not able to find it anywhere in the rewards section. Please do a better job with merchandise selection it should be bigger.
