Developer Please Respond Thank You! – FIX Rewards Review

Hi, I logged in to FIX today to check on my points I was accumulating for a shirt. When I logged in, I saw a general announcement from FIX about processing merch and that I was reimbursed for my points from my last order because it had been canceled by FIX. I had been waiting 56 days for my purchase. I didn’t receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email, so I don’t know what happened. Now, the flannel is no longer available. I would really appreciate knowing what is going to happen as most of the original merchandise offered by FIX under several artists is gone. I understand y’all are very busy, but I would really appreciate knowing what is going on. If things are not going to be resolved well, I will have to cancel my subscription. :( Side note: If this problem is able to be resolved, it would be great to have tracking numbers added to each order if possible. I’d also LOVE LOVE LOVE to have the Ticketmaster gift cards back again, but I understand if there was an issue between the companies and that is no longer an option.
