Pay to earn app: used to awesome

This app used to be awesome. All I had to do was listen to music and boom I got points. I redeemed the X Ambassadors Cayuga water bottle and received it the other day(Thanks). But now every reward besides the Vinyls and CDs are able to be redeemed. Everything else need the freakin premium bs. This new update is horrible and now people have to pay for something that was originally “free”. Thanks but no thanks. Please revert back to the old version FIX.

I’ve been using Fix for a few months and it is i n s a n e ! I have earned two F R E E records already - no strings attached. I told a bunch of people about Fix when I downloaded it, they all waited to see if it was a scam, but Fix pulled through!!! All you have to do is check the app and listen to music, but there are other cool ways to get points. Low effort, high reward. Are you convinced yet?

In my opinion, the app is pretty great, earning free stuff without having to do anything I don’t do on a daily basis is amazing but the fact that most rewards require you to pay for premium in order to get them no longer makes it free stuff but I can understand since premium is not too expensive compared to the price of the merch

This whole Premium stuff really runied your app. The rewards were always fun to grind for but now everything is locked over this dumb premium feature. Been on here since February and the app has just been really bad since the newest update like why do have to pay for something that was once advertised as free. Not only that still can't get posters I redeemed over two months ago.
How to earn points

Why has the merch become a part of fix premium? This is unfair as I had points saved up. Now I have to stop using this app because it’s useless

It used to be so easy and fun to get points. Now there’s barely opportunity to get points and they just recently started making you pay a monthly subscription in order to be able to redeem your points. Update: since this review they've allowed “superfans” who are in the top 10 charts to buy their artists merch

the new update had made all the clothing merch only for premium members. i dont have the money for premium and now i can only purchase the vinyl records. like ive had the app for a few months and haven't redeemed anything because i was saving up for a certain hat. now with the new update and needing premium i cant even get the hat that i had wanted. nor the billie eilish set that i was also saving for.

they raised how many points i needed to get the day i had enough for the original point amount. and now all of a sudden i need premium to get anything other than an album? i’m just annoyed that i wasted my time. edit : there are SOME things other than cds that you can get without premium. turns out the fan charts actually matter. i got a package from fix just for being in the top 10. and i hate to admit it, but their customer service is actually pretty good compared to other apps.
