this app was so cool in the beginning, and it made me excited to listen to music and work towards cool goals, but now its just stupid. theyre taking away more and more functions that made the app enjoyable. now you have to be a premium member or top ten to literally do anything or get any kinda merch. and if you are then you still have to pay actual money if you dont have enough points. wasnt that the whole point of this app? to listen to music and get enough points so you could get artist merch for FREE? now i dont even know why i have the app anymore. its like they started out really great and then realized how generous they were being and then were like "oops, not like that!". yall already get hella revenue from ads and HELLA data from everyone. calm down.

I used this app for a long time and was getting close to being able to get the sweater I wanted, but with the new update all of the hats,sweaters, shirts and mugs are for only Fix Premium!!!!

At first I loved this app and thought it was amazing, but with the new update and the whole “premium only” purchases I hate it. I was saving for an anime hoodie and then the update struck me. You have lost my time with your app. I hope you enjoy scamming people. Bye.

It was fun while it lasted. I see raising the price of rewards, removing ways to earn additional points, and locking the rewards people actually want Is the best your team could come up with? Great idea??

Now that all apparel items require a premium membership to claim, there’s less incentive to check in. Now only vinyl records and CDs are available with a free membership, and most people don’t have CD or record players. Make more things available with the free membership again and I can change my rating.

when i first got this app i LOVED it!!! free stuff for listening to music?? can’t get much better than that! but now with fix premium i’m unable to redeem awards that i was previously able to. kinda disappointed they started charging for the majority of rewards.

FIX i am back and im so disappointed. I’ve told y’all about how I can’t share articles and news and the problem is still not fixed. Y’all updated yesterday, but I still can’t share. And here’s the new problem...why are yalll making merch premium. I can’t believe y’all stoop so low to get money. This app is about making points by doing something I love; listening to music. Then from that I get basically free merch. Are y’all money hungry? Are y’all not making enough money? I’m so confused on how y’all thought it was a good idea to make cool merches that I wanted premium. That’s so messed up and I didn’t expect that. Look, I like the app..well the old version. This new version is not a good look on y’all. What’s the point in making points to get free merch but we still have to pay to get the merch. Please make me understand. FIX, fix the share article stuff and take the premium off of merch. Thats not fair to young girls and boys who have finally found a way to get free merch from their favorite artists and then to find out, you need a card and some money to actually get it. This is unacceptable and im disappointed, please go back to the old app.

I started using the app in February before this new update and it was the best. The rewards were amazing, and I really enjoyed the app. Now with the update I can’t use my points to get the reward I want because the reward is a “premium award”. I’m really ticked because it took me awhile to earn the points for a Ticketmaster gift card. I have the points now and am not able to get what I wanted originally. I have to purchase the subscription to get the Ticketmaster gift card. The only rewards you can get without the subscription are CDs.

Literally the app doesn’t scam you, you earn your points fairly and earn the prizes you want. No catches. It’s so to the point and it gives you so many opportunities to earn points as well as cool prizes. Best app that does this.
