At first it wasn’t so bad b/c I had redeemed my points for a Fix shirt and it got here in about two weeks. It’s been two months now that I have been waiting for a Pitbull tank top. I have email them several times. And haven’t heard back from them. If they don’t have the items I want then why advertise it? They can at least let people know it’s out of stock or need to order more. It be great once you redeem points for an item that they put a tracking number on that item. Also not everyone is a size small. And now you got to pay shipping unless you are a member what kind of crap is that?? I’m done.

I’ve had this app for a couple months and I don’t use Spotify that much so it took a while to earn enough points to buy something. By that time I was a top fan of the band and got free shipping on the shirt I ordered. Took 2 weeks to process my order and then less than a week to ship it to me. I’m very happy with the entire experience and I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews because this is such a cool app that just gives you free stuff for listening to music. I can’t wait to redeem another reward!

Things on this app take forever. I have points from two days ago still pending, meaning I didn’t get the points I earned. Timing is an issue for me since I am trying to order Christmas presents through the app, and according to my first order, it might take over a month. I order something in September and I still haven’t received an order update as of October 30th. Overall, the app isn’t completely bad, but these are my complaints.

I ordered the vinyl for In The Aeroplane Over The Sea with the points I got and it came in a couple weeks later. I don’t know how they make money, but I’m not complaining.

I downloaded this app about 6/7 months ago and absolutely loved it at first. Then it updated a couple months ago to where you can only get free shipping on cds and vinyls. Wasn't very happy about that but I understood. Now, you have to pay for shipping on EVERYTHING. Will be deleting.

It did take at least a month for them to ship my reward and then another two weeks for it to arrive but I actually got my reward and very pleased with this app. I don’t really know if this is the actual merch though or if they just bought/got it from somewhere else but other then that I love this app and can’t wait to get more merch.

This app was really good at first. I’ve collected a lot of points since I first download this app in May. I’ve claimed 3 rewards total, two which have already arrived, and one which hasn’t. The one that hasn’t arrived is the most expensive reward and it’s about to be 3 months since I first claimed it. I sent in an email to their support team but haven’t heard back from them in weeks.

ive been really into this app recently, its really cool that you can listen to music and get points that you can use to make official merch a little cheaper or completely pay for it all. but then they updated the app so that unless you are a premium member, you cant buy any merch? ive been saving up points to purchase a shirt and occasionally i check to make sure its still available and when i checked this time it says "Sorry, you have to be a Premium member or one of (band name) Top 10 Fans to redeem this item." i looked at a bunch of other shirts also and they say the same thing so idk,, its really irritating i guess that you have to pay to open up your options to buying stuff

I got this app when it was paying small influencers to post about it. It was free and I was able to buy vinyl with no expenses because of the points system. What I don’t like is that there is no option to pay the tax as well. The points take a long time to get and I’d be paying premium for nothing in the time that I’m collecting points. Other than that this is a really good app and is mostly worth the money to get it, just be smart on what you buy
