great app but...does it really have to be paid?

I was trying to refer this app to a friend since I downloaded it when it was free, but they don’t want to download it because it’s paid. was the premium features and ads not enough? The original reason that people downloaded this app was for cheaper merch...

I have purchased two rewards both of which I used points I earned plus my actual money. They have been processing for months. Where the hell is my stuff!

When I first got the app it was great. Then y’all made people have to pay for it. And then y’all made it so I can’t even redeem my points for things if I don’t have a subscription. I have been saving up points since August. AUGUST. To get a harry styles hoodie and now y’all have the audacity that I have to become a member to buy it. Unbelievable

In my opinion fix was great but the recent update made it where even though you were saving points now you can’t get the merch you want because now you have to be a premium member or be one of the artists top ten fans

It used to be so easy and fun to get points. Now there’s barely opportunity to get points and they just recently started making you pay a monthly subscription in order to be able to redeem your points. Update: since this review they've allowed “superfans” who are in the top 10 charts to buy their artists merch New update: my order hasn't been processed cause I don't have a "valid address" even though I do and I've been waiting for the past month for this order.

This app has a ridiculous amount of ads and it takes months to build up enough points to get anything... but it’s free. It’s all free. If you don’t mind waiting a long time for free things, which you shouldn’t, then I would highly recommend this app. I collect vinyl and there are some that I can get here for free that I can’t even find at my local record stores for money. I can’t vouch for artist merchandise because I’ve never gotten anything other than vinyl, and I’ve heard the artist merchandise that isn’t records have shipping costs, but if you only want vinyl records then it’ll be 100% free, and you never even have to give any credit card information. Highly recommend.

I read all the positive reviews and thought it was an awesome app until I redeemed some points and did NOT receive the item I purchased! It has been OVER a month and NOTHING. I have contacted their customer service via email and NO response. Absolutely disappointing.

Great app for free stuff if you listen to music.

I downloaded this app just to see if it worked and if you could actually get free stuff for free. I listen to music all day and sign in each day and I’ve already redeemed 3 items absolutely free. It doesn’t tend to take a little bit. You have to be in the top 10 listeners to redeem the artist merchandise but that’s not a problem for avid listeners. The only problem is support, they are very bad at responding and it takes a month+ to get your item but it always comes. Great overall but you do need to make sure you put the proper time into it to be successful.

I've had the hardest time trying to get in contact with someone about my account. I've sent numerous emails all of which have gone unanswered. Is anybody there???

All was going well till I claimed my first reward. It took over a month for it to say processing on my order. Before all of this, I reached out to support through all available channels and never received a response. I was paying the $1.99 a month but have since cancelled it. It shouldn't take more than two months!
