I wish you could connect this to Apple Music not just Spotify cause I don’t have premium

The app is cool, and does work. I have recieved 2 rewards so far. The issue, as others have stated, is once you redeem a reward, it takes a very long time to ship. I placed my order one month ago, and there hasn’t been any updates. Customer service does not respond to any inquiries. As a paid subscriber, I would expect better customer service. At this point, I am debating renewing my paid plan. I’d rather just save the money and put it towards a vinyl at my local record shop. Edit: sadly, after being a member for a year, and subscribing for 2 months, I can no longer recommend this app. They do not ship rewards as promised. Even worse, is there is zero communication from the developers from any Avenue. I’ve emailed all the email addresses I can find, Facebook messenger, Twitter, Instagram, and all are ignored. They used to be great at communicating, but that’s no longer the case. Maybe they got to big too fast, or maybe they just can’t fulfill their promises and don’t want to admit it. Either way, I will no longer subscribe to this app, and unfortunately doubt I’ll ever get my rewards (or a response from them). If things change, I’ll update this review.

They change the points system a lot. You earn points at random seemingly. Join their platinum service and it takes a month to receive awards. Very obvious that they’re having trouble. Rewards are also very random and seem to run out without warning. I redeemed points for a vinyl and was given an entirely different one. Instead of replacing it with the correct vinyl, I was refunded the points but couldn’t redeem them for the vinyl I wanted. There’s a lot of work not being done well here.

This app was great I finally saved all my points to get a 5sos crewneck and the next day I see the only rewards on the app we’re cds and some Halsey shirts :( this app was great but not now

The legendary chaos
When I first started with fix I was able to stream from Spotify and get points from it every day. At one point they took this away unless I pay monthly. Now it looks like they’ve removed the 20 point streak and have replaced it with a max of 7 per day. When I don’t get more than 10 points from articles every day this isn’t fair. Find another way for me to earn more points rather than just waiting.

i liked the idea of earning rewards for your music streams but with the new update the only things u can redeem are cds and vinyls . and you have to pay for shipping on each purchase and have to use apple pay . only premium can redeem better rewards like hoodies or shirts now . please change it back ! i have over 3k points but i can only use it for cds .

I think the app is a really cool idea. Unfortunately the idea is poorly executed. The formatting of the app is confusing and messy. There also tends to be a lot of glitches for what you are trying to do. Also, as the app grows it almost gets less cool and options have been becoming a little more limited.
