Good service, terrible app. I’d love to be able to modify my reservations on the app again without having to call.
App issues....

Having nothing but issues with the app. It can’t find any of the EWC in my city or the “center is unavailable”.... ALL THE TIME. What is the point of the app if I can’t make an appointment. I have multiple wax packages and I want to be able to book or reschedule on the app. Get it together EWC!
App never works

It’s always something not working on the app stopping you from making appointments so you have to call anyway. Any location I type in, it says there’s no EWC around my area which is a lie I typed in NY, My Zip code, the actual address of the location NOTHING! Another time it wouldn’t allow me to pick a waxer . I do believe like 3-4 weeks ago the system was down NATIONWIDE! It’s just pointless to have! & it’s super annoying

Can’t cancel reservations

It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to change a reservation through the app. I had something come up and wanted to change the time of my reservation but couldn’t cancel my existing reservation on my own and they weren’t open yet so i couldn’t call to change it so then the time I wanted got taken by someone else and I’m stuck with an inconvenient appointment time. There should be a way for people to change/cancel reservations online instead of having to call so this doesn’t happen.

I have tried at least twice to schedule an appointment using this app at separate locations even. Both times I arrived at the location only to find that my reservation was nowhere to be found. The last location I even showed them my confirmation email, and they still would not give me an appointment. Worst app, even worst customer service.

Can’t create an account from the website, they tell you to download the app, the app says your account already exists. I don’t have time for this....

Twice I’ve made an appointment through the app and when I got to the location they didn’t have me in the schedule and couldn’t get me in with anyone. Don’t waste your time.
