Coupon codes, which EatStreet calls Referral codes, are only valid on your first order. It's too bad because I use this app often.
What is the point???

Placed advanced order. Food is no where to be found. Customer support said they don't know what is going on and I need to contact the restaurants...... Eat Street just make money off of local restaurants and they are not taking any responsibility. Pointless app. If you see restaurants on this website just call them directly. No need yo pay the middle man.

Most of the food comes from chubby’s cheesesteak which I hate! There food is horrible and can never beat the authentic restaurant food! They do not tell you that they are “sister” stores unless you call customer services and they tell you. Which I think is wrong. I’m glad they handled my issues but I just don’t want to keep getting the wrong order and a fixed issue each time, I really want to eat and enjoy my food from the “actual” place! NOT chubby’s cheesesteak ?
App is not helpful or accurate

The app does not keep track of restaurants that are closed or open. I ordered from an “open” restaurant only to find out 30 minutes later that the restaurant is closed, and I needed to be refunded. To make things better, the coupon they provided me for joining still counts as “already used” even though the order was canceled. I would recommend calling any restaurant on this list and confirming whether or not the price or availability even exists before placing an order, otherwise you will have you time wasted with no attempt at reimbursement.

My estimated delivery keeps getting pushed further and further away, I ordered about an hour ago and my food still isn’t here even though the tracker said it was out for delivery half an hour ago. I was so excited for a hot burger before finishing the book I’m reading, but I have resigned myself to eating an ice cold block of meat at 9pm. The restaurant isn’t even that far from my house. It’s a 6 minute drive. (but I don’t have a car, hence the ordering). My delivery came while I was typing. Cold as expected, fries spilled everywhere in the bag, and MISSING MY SAUCES. I’m so mad. Im a student. I’m so sad I spent what little money I had to treat myself with on this.
