Food always late and cold – EatStreet Local Food Delivery Review

We have used EatStreet a few times and 3 out of the last 4 times our ETA was pushed back more than an hour. This resulted in having to alter our schedules so we could get our food which was lukewarm at best when it finally arrived. 2 of those times the order was never even picked up even when tracking said it was being delivered. We had to contact the actual restaurant and customer service to get a new driver out and our food was over 2 hours late. The app itself is very easy to use and nice, but the management of the tracking portion and the drivers for delivery is horrible. Don’t know we’ll keep using this in the future.
