Generally a good app, only issues have been with the electronic communication between app and restaurant which I believe was on the restaurants side for issues.

Delivery Issue

I really like EatStreet. A lot! But one thing that irks me is I have specific instructions about how to get to my apt. For instance, my building entrance is on a different street from my address (it’s around the corner). And a bldg entry code is necessary. I’ve given up adding it in the order instructions because the restaurants rarely give that info to the delivery person. Can’t you come up with a better way for that type of info to be saved on your app and for the info to be provided for delivery. It’s aggravating to have to go through this each time.

I work downtown and this app gives me access to all my favorite foods. My only issue is that I only get delivery from a fraction of these places when I’m at home, even though I only live 8-10 minuets from where I work but, oh well. I have yet to have a bad experience with the delivery personnel they are very kind and accommodating. One time I didn’t get my beverage from a place( turns out this place always forgets the beverages) and the driver offered me a cranberry juice free of charge. Keep up the good work EatStreet. And hopefully you can expand your reach to my house.

Easy to use, you get coupons for certain places if you order there enough for free stuff or a discount and there are a lot of good places to eat on here

They don’t accept any discount codes in their website. You HAVE to download the app... and it’s not anything special. They don’t recognize my address as valid. Also I was only able to track my order for about 10 minutes and then radio silence until it arrived.
