Eat Street never sent a driver to pick up my order – EatStreet Local Food Delivery Review

I had my first and only experience with eat street today. After waiting for nearly an hour for my food after the app said it was out for delivery, I use the get help option and I’m told the restaurant never marked my food as ready and it was a tracking system error. They agree to refund me and give me a $5 credit. I call the restaurant. My food has been ready for 50 minutes and eat street never sent a driver to pick it up. So I tell them I will drive over and pick it up. Eat street calls me back and says now I’m being charged for the food again. So I could have saved myself 75 minutes if I hadn’t tried eat street and just picked it up myself.
