The title pretty much says it all. It took my 30 minutes to order a pizza. I’ll never use this again or order from restaurants that use it as their online ordering system. This is pathetic and the fact that it doesn’t recognize valid addresses on campus, my last name of all things, or the value of my time as a customer, is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely horrid.

ordered lunch and eat streets said it would be here at 1:58 around 2:05 I get a text message that my food will not be here until 2:54. I call the restaurant to cancel the order to find out it is Eat Street's issue the restaurant said, " they have 6 other orders sitting there." Mine had been ready for over 15 minutes. This is a burger and fries, it would have been nasty after sitting for an hour. not one call or anything from Eat Street. Not sure if I will ever use them again. going to try out grub hub or another app for lunch today and I bet it is still here before eat street would have been.

Took an hour to get an estimated time of arrival for 20 mins. Food would have been 2 hours late before I decided to cancel and eat something else

Not sure if the app version is incompatible (newest update) with my phone or if there’s a bug but there is no tracking option whatsoever. Also, wait times are generally projected significantly longer (over an hour) than what it usually takes (~20-30 minutes) in my limited experience thus far. Otherwise - decent app and generally inclusive of many different options for delivery.

I’ve used EatStreet on several occasions for a couple different restaurants and thus far I have no complaints. My food always comes hot even if the delivery time is up to one hour I’m okay with that because the prices are overly inflated like others I use. The app is easy to use and very convenient. I will and do suggest everyone use EatStreet.

This app makes ordering food from my fav restaurants a breeze. Nicely put together and offers nice promos too.
