App not able to refund

I placed an order (my first) on the app and drove to the store. When I arrived the store didn’t have the items I ordered. Nor were they able to refund me. They said they can’t do anything with the app. I should contact the app to get a refund. So I called but they aren’t open on the weekends. So I emailed. Unfortunately the response I got apologized that I was having trouble reloading my Dunkin gift card and to please send them various info. I emailed again (with the information they requested) and still they weren’t able to help because they couldn’t see the screenshot somehow? I called today. The person I spoke with didn’t understand me well. The call had an echo, which is exceptionally annoying. He offered me a Dunkin’ gift card (no thank you) and then had to hang up to refresh his system before he could put in the request to refund my card. Which will take 3-5 business days once it’s received. Appalling customer service all around. Don’t order through the app. It would be great if it worked, but since it isn’t linked to store inventory and can’t refund, it’s a bad system. Save your sanity and order when you get there.
Too many error messages lately

This app used to be great, but lately the constant error messages while trying to either add or edit something I’m trying to order make it unusable to order food.

I tried ordering and it kept giving me APP4241 error codes then did a guest checkout and it worked. Also there is no website to order dd.

Good app and experience. My only issues are that the app doesn’t sync with store inventories, and this especially causes issues with promotional flavors/items showing up to order before being available in the store, then when you order the store employee can’t really do anything to help you because the app already charged you. Also, the pins on the map should put the pin point on the Dunkin location instead of centering the pins on the location

I have tried several time to use the app.. I have deleted and reinstalled.. tried to use at different Duncan locations and different states. The order button doesn’t work!

The app works okay for a few weeks and then becomes basically unusable because of some bug. Can’t place an order, can’t reload money, can’t add a credit card. I’ve tried updating it, deleting it and reinstalling, logging out and back in, updating the phone software and nothing works.

This is a great app but it lacks the ability to add more than one extra shot of espresso into your drink. Would be nice if you could select a quantity.
