Disappointing
tired of Dunkin's
Once a fan of Dunkin's and the app but I’m done with the over priced coffee and being ripped off with bonus points. I always appreciate the customer service giving me a 100 points for my troubles when I lost 2-300 of bonus points….just awesome. But here’s the positive, minimally I save over an hour a week by not using drive through. I save over $25 a week not going to Dunkin’s in general. We all complain about gas prices but it’s cheap for a gallon compared to that cup of coffee.America may run on Dunkin’s but that gallon of gas gets me to work not the mens room.

Can’t use while traveling

Why should I have to enter a ZIP code while driving. 1st - it’s not safe to try to look up a local Zip code; 2nd - how am I supposed to find a Zip code to plan for my next stop. This is just unreasonable. Why doesn’t your map just show all locations? This is a game changer! I won’t use the app if it’s not safe and user friendly.

Ok I’m an idiot but as I travel around I’ve often accidentally ordered at the wrong store. Also do not like the reload function for $. I’m uninstalling the app and will look for an escheat balance from Dunkin’ in get future.

It doesn’t allow to place an order as I receive an error message related to initialization of an object or something like that. It seems that the last update ruined the app.
