The updates made to this app are poorly done and are causing me to not go to Dunkin. I threw my phone because I couldn’t select the order option without adding a Dunkin’ card. That’s a horrible user experience and just dumb, clean it up

I was placing an order on the app from my phone, and when I hit submit - it just sat thinking about it. So I disconnected from WiFi hoping that would help, and it brought me back to the order screen like no order had been placed. So I decided to change one thing then hit submit again and it went through fine. Got to restaurant and they had two orders, so I took one and was told they could not credit me from the store for the second order, I had to call the help desk line. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have my money back, and it was a sizable order. I will no longer be using the app to place an order, if I place another order at all, since I do not want to pay double and maybe never get my money back? Case #07835420
Good when it works but terrible when it doesn’t

Great app when it’s working but don’t hold you breath ? Ordered something and it gave me an error message and so I kept pressing it. It placed my order 4 times and they made ME pay for all four orders when THEIR app messing up because they couldn’t refund me. Dunkin if you care about your customers please fix this. Otherwise, solid app.

I have a problem with this app at least once a week where my order won’t go through. Really frustrating.
Good when it works

Paying for orders is a hassle as it constantly gives you errors when you click pay. When it happens I have to try different things, like delete the whole order, close and reopen app, re-add my credit card info until one of those things works.

Easy to use app, easy in and out and the orders have always been correct. Free coffees occasionally too!
Dunkin’ is Killing It

The Dunkin app is well designed with a great and easy to use user interface. I’ve been a long time on and off customer of the Dunkin Donuts brand and I gotta say the app is the best product they have launched. Order ahead and I’m in and out quicker than ever. Kudos to the development team on the quality build.

I love Dunkin’ so much but when I want to order ahead I can’t. It might just be something wrong with my app idk but that’s my only complaint.
