Good luck trying to get a refund if you order a drink and it turns out the location is unexpectedly closed(but left mobile ordering on). Customer service hangs up and app won’t send customer service email, you just get an error message

y’all can’t get anything right u useless idiots I ordered a white frosted sprinkle doughnut never got that and then I ordered a signature latte y’all gave me the wrong coffee and the bad part is I wasted my money on something that I didn’t even get even tho I clearly put it in as an order y’all need to get better and do your job right

There is no option to choose the flavor of donut holes. That’s extremely frustrating because every time I get to the window my order is already made - which is fantastic - but then I have to tell them what flavor of donut holes I want, the cashier gets frustrated with me, and it delays the line. It’s a simple fix. Myself and others have complained about this several times.

After adding a credit card the order option still does not work! This crap sent me back to Starbucks.

Your app has been broken for three weeks???? Why has it not been fixed??? Every time I try to place a mobile order it gives me the APP4241 error!! All my info is correct and I’m not even trying to reload a card?? This is EXTREMELY annoying please fix it instantly!!

Orders are rarely if ever in stock- this app shouldn’t be used for them, only to refill gift cards. Wish the app would connect with stores’ stock.
