DoorDash is so slow once your food gets to you house it’s already cold!!! I’ve been sent 3 different times my food “should” arrive. But all I see is the driver sitting in a parking lot doing nothing!!! Horrible service

Don’t waste your time

They weren’t taking my cards, when they finally did the order never got placed by the time they fixed it the restaurant wasn’t selling brunch anymore. We tried again at with a different place and yet again they didn’t take the debit card.... we just said screw it and went with uber eats took me 5 mins to place and order and have my food confirmation.

Has now failed in some major way for the third time in a row. If there are no dashers why would you place an order with the restaurant and keep saying it is delayed to your customer. That screws both the restaurant and the hungry people. Then the indifference of the CS reps is totally unhelpful. I recommend Grubhub.

Literally the worst out of all their competitors

Order I received was wrong, normally in this type of situation another competitor or food place would reimburse the cost of the order and send you your correct item...they refused to reimburse me for my order. They offered an incomplete reimbursement for the item that was incorrect(not the whole order mind) OR send a replacement that would take over an hour. Not both. No credit for my inconvenience, wat. That’s crazy and a ive never encountered a policy like that in food delivery or a restaurant. Super bad service.

While my dash driver was very nice and kept me informed of progress of delivery, it took 2 hours to get my food and the dessert was missing. I wasn't assigned a driver for at least 45 minutes and then when he arrived at the restaurant they didn't have my order. He had to wait 10 minutes for them to make it before he could leave. He called me several times during the delivery process and that was appreciated but when I ordered from the app I was told 41 minutes for delivery. And it took over two hours! Almost 3 hours because the driver went back for the dessert. I felt obligated to tip him again. I'm not sure why they don't have their drivers check the order. I won't be ordering from them again. Going to GrubHub.

Please add restaurant hours

Take a look at grub hub or post mates please! The hours of each restaurant, information and location of each restaurant. Filter by time as well would be nice please

When food or items are missing they don't take the responsibility to deliver but they are ready to take the easy way out and just refund the money. Not very professional!!!!

The first couple of orders we great until now they refuse to let me order anything. They just deactivated my account for no apparent reason. This is such a disappointment.

Thought I would give this a shot, I live in a pretty populous area with several different delivery app options available, but the very first order was 20 minutes late and the app did not update with any new info. Poor communication and likely too few drivers compared to other competitors. Food arrived cold and soggy, very poor experience.

Places will say free then you order and they charge, you complain and they want screen shots of your screen before you ordered, impossible. Then i contact them prior to ordering and get ignored completely. Worst value out of all the food delivery apps, they should be ashamed of how they conduct business and treat customers.
