I was waiting on the order for 45mins had 3 deferent times and than the last time I would have been waiting hour and 20 minutes for my order I would not recommend this app if u want cold or wait for your food all day than go ahead

I wanted to buy food without paying delivery fee and I did the filter and it a restaurant said free delivery. It wasn’t. What is the issue?

Couldn’t even sign up.

I tried to sign up for this crap and was asked twice for a password. Was told I couldn’t use my password because you couldn’t use a previous password. From 5 seconds earlier. Then was closed and ask to start over. No, all your restaurants just lost so much business. I own a bar, so much delivery.

As a long time customer of yours i have noticed your delivery service has hone doen Hill . As a working mom/ Wife i use to for dash several Times a week ... Now i use for dash only several times a month . Last door dash experiance My food was late and even though it was The restaurants fault door dash should have given me a discount of some type but, did not... i recently have a New job that requires long hours and alot of times When i have to order food i Now use Uber eats ... I was a loyal customer of door dash however like I stated door dash when they have issues with delivery does not rectify or even reimburse you for the late delivery or items missing situation .

Two bad experiences

I have had a bad experience before with this app, but I decided to give it another shot. Not only did I wait an hour past the estimated time for my food, but my driver never ended up showing up. After that I had some mediocre experiences with drivers who showed up on time but had bad manners. I am now waiting on my food which was supposed to be delivered 20 minutes ago. I can assure that I will not be using this app again.

I have used the app only twice and will never again. The first time they were 45 heckin’ minutes late, the driver rolled up in a minivan full of people goin wild. But yeah ok, one bad apple. So I order again, easy one, pizza. Got a cancellation because the restaurant was “too busy”. Okay, I still want pizza. So I order again. And about the time the order is supposed to ARRIVE I get a text from my driver and he asks if I cancelled the order. I say no. I explain DOORDASH cancelled another order, but not this one. A few moments later I get a call from the most incompetent person on the planet saying the driver left the restaurant and didn't want to deliver my order because I cancelled it. WHAT. IS. GOING. ON? He says itll be about an hour to get my food. I’ve already waited OVER and hour, ya’ll expect me to wait 2 hours for a dang PIZZA!?!? Turns out someone at DoorDash called and canceled that order too and did not tell me or the driver. Ridiculous. At least this driver was decent and seemed genuinely sorry for the confusion. But their support team is garbage.

You have to tip before order is place

This makes no sense to me. Why should I tip my driver before they do anything? As a consumer, a tip is based off performance it’s not an incentive for drivers. I’d tip my drivers half of what I would’ve based on their consistent tardiness (and not by minutes, most cases 45-60 minuets late.) it just grinds my gears to order food for a movie and have the food arrive during the credits.
