Took the food 50 minutes after estimated time of arrival the place is just down the road not to mention how disgusting the food was when it got to me. I would recommend not using this app to anyone I know.

This app is so great I am in love with it!!!!! It comes quick and I have ordered many times and never got a wrong order. It’s an easy way to eat if you’re planning to stay home. Thank you for this amazing app.

I tried ordering to my place of work one day only to realize I couldn’t due to my account being deactivated (which was later explained to have happen because I “violated Door Dash’s terms of service”.) When I emailed customer care as per instructed, neither Drazen nor Diego could tell me what terms I violated exactly but parroted back the same meaningless statement and told me I was basically out of luck. Extremely unhelpful customer service for an otherwise awesome app.

My driver never arrived after being 45 minutes late. I reached out to an agent and apparently I was never even assigned a driver!! The restaurant reached out to me and told me that my food had been sitting for over an hour!! I have reached out twice to customer service to get a refund and still have not received the refund in over a month! DO NOT USE THIS APP! They will take your money!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My orders have come out how I ordered them every time and for some reason they are always early too. Idk but I really like this app because I hate driving.

The Employer or Supervisor of DoorDash hires people who are unable to read clear directions

HORRIBLE switch to UBER EATS much better customer service Door dash is at fault because the employee cannot read specific directions when dropping the food off at your house. In addition customer service horrible. As result this their are many negative comment because of that and because they are unprofessional. DoorDash needs to fix that or it will result in losing money and people will switch to Uber eats

Late and Underwhelming

The DoorDash app showed no delivery charge and a 35 minute wait for my restaurant. Delivery charge and up to 49 minute wait when I checked out. Oh, and you tip before ordering with a $3 starting minimum??? Order took an hour and the food was lukewarm and soggy when it arrived. Very frustrating. I’ll stick to Uber eats and I’m sure restaurant owners will be appreciative if you do too because this app is tailored to disappoint.
