Somehow there was a problem communicating between the app and the restaurant. I had confirmation, the driver did too. But no food. We will not waste our time with Door Dash anymore.

Never again! I called the restaurant many times to see if a driver pick up my food. Food arrived 2 hrs after the estimated delivery time. Never again! Restaurant had my food ready but no door dash driver.

Some issues with the old app, but the update is much better! Glad I can use DoorDash again instead of Uber Eats. DoorDash is by far the best food delivery service!

After being a doordash driver for a year, I can honestly say I will never use their service again. Drivers are repeatedly left to their own devices with no support from customer care. The driver app is the worst I have ever used, the pay is garbage, and doordash hides our earnings behind a "secret" formula so we never have a clear breakdown of how much each delivery paid us or how much each tip was worth. This is leading to a growing belief that doordash is, in fact, skimming our tips. I have had multiple customers tell me that they tip they left was, by itself, larger than entire amount I was paid for the delivery. Added to the fact that they have so badly over saturated my market with drivers that we make less than minimum wage on most days. I will be ceasing operations as a driver very soon, and will NEVER use a service that treats their drivers so poorly.

It was all fun and games until it told me to pick a delivery time and I couldn't. blew ur chance I was hype but now ill never download it again. you should prolly fix that.

This was so easy to use and the service was fast and I didn’t have to stop what I was doing to go get my food the text updates are also so helpful! Wonderfully job

Then doordash is for you. Ordered three times only to have them call me and tell me the restaurant’s card reader is broken?? Then 30 minutes later to tell me the other restaurant is closed and if they refund it would take 3-7 days for a refund. It took 5 seconds for them to charge my card. They’re full of excuses. They will probably respond with the same response they give everyone else about how they’re always working to improve. Improve your response first.

Ordered my meals a little before six pm. (Nothing negative about the drivers, they were great and did all they could to try and resolve the issues with this app.) I didn’t get the food from this app, ever. The transaction with their “card” wouldn’t work. The driver even tried to assign it to another driver. Nothing! I was going to to stop by an additional store, since I now have to go get my own food. But it took over an hour for this process to end. Didn’t want to get double billed so I just cancelled my order. 5, yes five attempts to cancel this order. By the time I FINALLY received a cancellation notice, the additional store as I found out, closed at 7 pm. So, no two birds with one stone. In summation, I will never use this app ever again. I will not and do not recommend this app. I hope all of the drivers find a different means of employment. They were spot on and wish them the best. As far as this app, I wouldn’t even wipe my backside with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FAIL!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve ordered from here 3 times. 2 of those times I received the wrong order. They refund you for the food, but you still get charged for the driver fee. Their job is too deliver the food we wanted, not some random food. Also, why are we expected to leave a tip for the driver before we order our food. What if they never deliver the food or do just as they did and don’t check the order. I’m so frustrated with this app I’m never using it again.
