Their app won't let me sign in at all, in any way. I can't reset my password to try to fix it because they won't send me a password reset link, but it doesn't matter because MY credentials are not the problem. There's absolutely NO way to contact a live support phone number or chat service, and you can leave feedback about how dissatisfied you are but they will LITERALLY never get back to you. So don't use this app. It's developers don't care if you have a good experience, and trust me, you won't.

UPDATE. THEY RESPONDED TO THIS REVIEW BY TELLING ME TO EMAIL AGAIN!? Really? Worst response ever. You have my emails. I have been emailing over and over again. You clearly don’t respond. Maybe try responding to angry customers BEFORE they leave negative reviews. Enjoy your class action lawsuit. I know others will join once one is initiated. I have my proof so I can’t wait;) This app charged me for an order that was in my cart and never placed. I emailed and was promised they would look into it and I would hear back in a few business days It has now been WEEKS, I have emailed them numerous times and NO ONE responds. They were great at first until this happened. Very mad and will be further perusing this matter to get my money back. You are thieves.

I tried to use DoorDash three times, used three different cards- all of which were valid, I even calls the credit card companies to confirm. The app would not let me place the orders, and when I called doordash, they were unable to help. If it doesn’t work, you can’t order from the restaurants, and customer support can’t help you. Stinks.

I have noticed my bank account sometimes gets with drawn from twice on orders. Sometimes the food is smashed and cold. It always arrives early though.

Getting to the point, I haaaaate the set up of this service! A majority of the time, the drivers go to the wrong address and I have to walk too far for this to be considered a delivery service. My orders are often incomplete or wrong. Even though Door Dash does offer you the credit of an incomplete or wrong order, it does not return the delivery fee. There is a major disconnect between the service and the restaurants often resulting in the innocent delivery person catching the wrath. I give up. Too many alternatives. Uber eats is the way to go.

Love, love, looovee door dash! Everyone is very friendly and professional. They are very quick with gate codes and finding your location or calling if there are any issues! I recently tried another food delivery service, Caviar, because they had a restaurant door dash didn’t, and omg, the horror. I waited over 2 hours for my food and dealt with horrible customer service. I’ve used door dash at least 10 times now and NEVER have I ever! I hope they continue to expand to because they are great. Thank you all for your excellent and efficient service!

I have used DoorDash to deliver to my area before and then out of nowhere it tells me that there are no restaurants available in my area. It’s been like this for a month already. DoorDash is good and I’d love to be able to order with them again if this problem would be fixed.

Hello. I don’t like to review. But honestly I love his App because drivers are impeccable and super friendly. Unfortunately I’m disappointed with menu restaurants they don’t update often and some places are Nasty. But overall I’m happy with my favorite places I know and door dash. Thank you to make easy my life.
