Used it for the 1st time. Items missing from order and they credit my account for missing items?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! And I want my tip back! You ask me to leave a tip before I receive the service?! Driver didn’t check for missing items! No tip deserved!

I have been working for the last two month and this company doesn't care for the driver!! 1. They don't have a platform to communicate an issue that needs to be addressed after we deliver the food. 2. Their rating system is not totally fair as there is a not factor that the customer is not happy - their service to respond the need of customer is bad. -The restaurant delay the food - The customer location is not clear and sometimes the customer doesn't answer the phone. -The location of the restaurant and the GPS system is not accurate All this issue and other frustration by customer effect the driver rating. Without any farther help, they deactivated the account. There is a driver feed their family food by working for this company!!! This is not a right company to work with it. 3. They should have a helpline to call them and ask for help or another issue after the driver delivers but once you did no way to communicate them!! Anyone plan to work for this has to see their review and it's correct and I suppose to listen to those comments.

Beware. If you get the wrong food or it’s delivered ice cold or if they forget items. They don’t care. They’ll give you a $2 credit. ?‍♀️ I’ve switched to a different delivery app and have had much better customer service.

The app is ok! but it is the worst delivery service. The name is DOOR dash but you will not receive your order at your door (not every time) so I change to another app. At least I know what to expect now.

Needs to be more accurate

A big issue I have is the restaurants selection are never accurate. I have to always type in a selection or substitute because the option isn’t available. It should be.

The app is great. The service is good. The cost is astronomical. If we had a choice, we go elsewhere.

Food ran an hour late. Instructions not followed for preparation. Utensils were not provided in order either. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone to take care situation. Just given a credit on an app I don’t plan on using again. 6/26/18 please get your drivers together. I have not used this app since the previous order and an item was still missing. This is completely unacceptable and terrible customer service.

This evening was the first time I used DoorDash. And I won’t haste on using it again. I gave it four stars for ease of use’s when placing my order which arrived before quoted arrival time.

So many Fees !

So you retain delivery + service fees ? Why two different fees ? You’re already doing 10% service fee ! Plus taking delivery fee ! You do realize that no one is going to want to even tip drivers after that ! I don’t want to pay more than half of the amount of my food just as fees and delivery charges.
