Why do you exist?

I’ve placed 4 orders tonight, all of which were canceled once I ordered. If you claim to offer a service, you should back it up. What a waste of time. Good idea, but no substance.

Honestly one of the best delivery apps out there

I didn’t find out about Doordash until a family member from Utah said it was so popular out there. I was skeptical about it at first but with the broad amount of restaurants u can choose it’s a great choice. I eat Mexican and I can have the best Mexican shop delivered to my work it’s amazing! The one thing I have a problem with is the feedback the 2 questions isn’t enough to fairly judge a driver and the food like my food was great just my driver ordered a big thing of guacamole instead of the free 2 oz cups. His customer service was phenomenal just that little mistake though so I’d like a more in depth feedback option because I would’ve gave him 4 stars the service 5 and the food 5 if I could.

No referal credits are given on refering friends. Your friend will not get credits neither. Problems with card payments. No compensations for their problems. Please do not use this. You can find other cab apps, who delivers accurate referal credits and food on the go!

This is the first time I’ve ever used Door Dash. And to be honest, they were excellent. I got notifications along the way of what was happening. The ETA time was 1:22 but she got here 30 mind sooner. And she was extremely nice.

Poorly run company with bad customer service

I agree with other reviewers that said they can’t believe this company is still in business. This company is a JOKE. I tried to like DoorDash and gave them many chances. I even subscribed to the 9.99/mo. premium service. In the end, it didn’t matter. Their service is just POOR. DoorDash has fumbled many orders with missing items and just flat-out poor execution and customer follow-up. Most recently, I placed an order which was over an hour late. I, not DoorDash called to follow-up. They told me that they were going to cancel my order and refund me in 5-7 days. Did I get anything for my inconvenience? No. Any sincere apologies? No. I even asked what do I get for my inconvenience and they stated a credit for the order that I already paid for and never received. Wow. DoorDash is not ready for prime time. Get your execution together and put customers first. I cancelled my 9.99 plan and am deleting the app. I rather pay more for delivery with other companies and actually get proper execution on the order.

First and foremost, anything you order from DoorDash, will always be “running behind” and not delivered when it’s promised. Got a promo code in the mail, $10 off and free delivery, it of course didn’t work. The delivery drivers are the shadiest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen. Had someone deliver my food in a dirty wifebeater and smelled like he hadn’t showered in a week. I’m done ordering from this app. I gave it plenty of chances, but the horrible experiences just keep getting worse.
