Poorly run company with bad customer service – DoorDash - Food Delivery Review

I agree with other reviewers that said they can’t believe this company is still in business. This company is a JOKE. I tried to like DoorDash and gave them many chances. I even subscribed to the 9.99/mo. premium service. In the end, it didn’t matter. Their service is just POOR. DoorDash has fumbled many orders with missing items and just flat-out poor execution and customer follow-up. Most recently, I placed an order which was over an hour late. I, not DoorDash called to follow-up. They told me that they were going to cancel my order and refund me in 5-7 days. Did I get anything for my inconvenience? No. Any sincere apologies? No. I even asked what do I get for my inconvenience and they stated a credit for the order that I already paid for and never received. Wow. DoorDash is not ready for prime time. Get your execution together and put customers first. I cancelled my 9.99 plan and am deleting the app. I rather pay more for delivery with other companies and actually get proper execution on the order.
