Worst Food Delivery app

This is the worst app I've ever used - and I've used more than 3 different apps before. HORRIBLE customer service and every since this free delivery promotion started 90% of the time I try to order food I get this STUPID retriable error message. And I've mentioned it to door dash because I've done all the trouble shoot to the app and even tried ordering online and from different devices and they have been NO HELP. I'm just deleting this garbage.

I ordered two tacos one potatoes egg and bacon and the other a papa rancheras They gave me a tortilla and a side of back. Didn’t even get the potatoes and egg

My first time using “DOORDASH” and it went extremely smooth. The app is very easy to use and guides you so well through out the whole process. I will definitely keep using “DOORDASH” ????

I have ordered four times now from DoorDash and had a different driver each time. Every driver was friendly and prompt with delivery! I love how the app keeps you up to date with ETA for delivery and as the driver is approaching. Great service! ??

I used to work for door dash but my troubles started when I started ordering from them. Door dash has a poor ordering system. Drivers drop deliveries constantly or accept them and then never follow through and door dash as a company doesn’t do anything to help that problem. They blame you as a customer when something goes wrong, not to mention they try to keep you from getting your money back. My order never got delivered to me and the customer service agent had the nerve to say it was no ones fault. And that’s just one of the many outrageous things that door dash tells their customers. And I got to hear the outrageous comments many times because they consistently messed up my orders. I even said that I would stop ordering from them but decided to give it another shot. Nope, never again from this girl. What a terrible company.

App might work well. Service is awful. I’ve had missing food multiple times , ordered food and after an hour of not being assigned a driver tried to cancel it (couldn’t). Food showed up almost two hours later (was asleep by then) and was still charged. Another time tried to cancel an order less than a minute after I hit submit and even know the button to cancel was available and said confirmed , they still delivered and charged me for the food I ended up throwing away. I was told they couldn’t reimburse me because it was delivered.

This is just a story from last night; not even from my entire history with this app. Last night, my sister and I ordered food from Applebee’s and I said that I could not have tomatoes on my burger bc I am ALLERGIC. When the burger came, there were tomatoes on it. So I had to trash the whole burger. So we got some credit back from the app, and we decided to get ice cream for the both of us. The order was screwed up AGAIN and we only got 1 ice cream, not 2. I’m not sure if it is an issue with the app or the vendor, but clearly there is some miscommunication

Numerous times I’ve had dashers just not show up or pick up the food and turn their phones off. Never using this app again. The dashers don’t care and help does nothing.

On the contrary to what the other driver above says on his review, I also worked as a driver or used to work until another Dasher stole my earnings hacking my account. DoorDash does not care or support their drivers’ personal information. They only say if you’re not responsible to keep it private then they would not help you solve your case. Really? People like me work hard week to week trying to make some money for a living, and certainly it is not the drivers fault someone entering your account and taking off all your money. They say a security code should not be share and they will never ask your info, well someone is doing it and the company should find a way to build a security system that really supura drivers and have all info safe. They stole almost $300 of hard work. This person knows how the app works, has drivers information, and keeps changing your funds to a Fast Pay option account ending 4590. Other drivers I know have told me they’ve went through the same thing and all DoorDash said was: “ we could not reverse our third party vendor to give your earnings back to your account”. Are you kidding me? That’s like saying the driver is part of this scam! Or basically saying the driver is lying. I mean no one would mess around with hard work money. No need to make up anything. If I was you (for the person who reviewed above) please leave the job or make sure if the called you 10 times in a row from area code (650).... Do not answer the call! And be aware that they are on your back to make you fall because they want your money. This scammer waits till you hit the end of the weekend to take all your earning in less than a minute. Hard working time that you’ve put in 50-60 hrs a week. They will do anything to access your account. I will say to you DO NOT WORK HERE! They should have a stronger cyber hacking system team and take off the fast pay option and give their dashers their money stolen back. Not just a “ We did the best we could, but third party vendor can not reimburse your money” is this a joke? Don’t be stupid, don’t waste your hard work and effort here. There are better companies out there that will support you and value you as an employee. Instacart, shipt, postmates etc.
