This app is horrible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE. I ordered Burger King and the app messed up so I didn’t get my food until 3 hours later. On top of getting horrible service, my bank account got hacked. They purchased over 200 dollars worth of stuff. I don’t know how they are still in business ????

They cancel every order no matter what. They give me no reason, and I’m out of options to try and fix it. Terrible app.

On the contrary to what the other driver above says on his/her review, I also worked as a driver or used to work until another Dasher stole my earnings hacking my account. DoorDash does not care or support their drivers’ personal information. They only say if you’re not responsible to keep it private then they would not help you solve your case. Really? People like me work hard week to week trying to make some money for a living, and certainly it is not the drivers fault someone entering your account and taking off all your money. They say a security code should not be share and they will never ask your info, well someone is doing it and the company should find a way to build a security system that really supura drivers and have all info safe. They stole almost $300 of hard work. This person knows how the app works, has drivers information, and keeps changing your funds to a Fast Pay option account ending 4590. Other drivers I know have told me they’ve went through the same thing and all DoorDash said was: “ we could not reverse our third party vendor to give your earnings back to your account”. Are you kidding me? That’s like saying the driver is part of this scam! Or basically saying the driver is lying. I mean no one would mess around with hard work money. No need to make up anything. If I was you (for the person who reviewed above) please leave the job or make sure if the called you 10 times in a row from area code (650).... Do not answer the call! And be aware that they are on your back to make you fall because they want your money. This scammer waits till you hit the end of the weekend to take all your earning in less than a minute. Hard working time that you’ve put in 50-60 hrs a week. They will do anything to access your account. I will say to you DO NOT WORK HERE! They should have a stronger cyber hacking system team and take off the fast pay option and give their dashers their money stolen back. Not just a “ We did the best we could, but third party vendor can not reimburse your money” is this a joke? Don’t be stupid, don’t waste your hard work and effort here. There are better companies out there that will support you and value you as an employee. Instacart, shipt, postmates etc.

Worse customer service ever, had messed up my order 4 times in 2 weeks. I had to go to the restaurant to pick up my correct order. I had got an account credit for all the times I would had to go pick up my order. August 12, my order was incorrect and had to drive to the restaurant to pick up my order again. I called the customer service line and words cannot explain the experience I went through and over the phone. Head Quarters is out of San Francisco, i was explaining my situation to the representative, he kept telling me a specialist is going to over it and call me back. 2 hours go by and I called them again. I was finally handed over to the Supervisor. The Supervisor had the audacity to tell me I’m doing fraud and he put an alert on the account. He said your acting “Black.” That took me over the top. After the racial comment he kept calling me “Sir,” I had corrected him numerous of times I am a female. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. The the guy who got outraged with me hung up and left notes on the account saying “not to answer my call.” I’m going to make sure this company does not do this to anyone else. Even called the BBB on them

My food was late and so I contact support and then I find our that no one was assigned to the order and they admitted there is a glitch in the app. There is a glitch in a food delivery app to assign a dasher to pick up food??? That’s all you do. The food is over an hour late. I ask to be compensated on a $99 order they offer me $30 and I say that is not even enough I have people over we are hungry etc. then they say that’s all we can do and they don’t really seem to care when I say im not ordering again. Then I find our the credit is on the app and if I want to use It I have to use the app and order food again. Why would I want a credit on a food delivery app that can’t deliver food????? I would have to give them my business again and probably spend more money to use it since $30 buys you nothing on this app. Ridiculous. You can’t do business this way and expect to grow your app. You treat customers like this and act like you care and you say I’m sorry here is a credit but you have to use my horrible app again to get your credit. Horrible customer service.

Door Dash drivers are great!!! I use door dash about once a week and my meals have often been early, still warm, and exactly as ordered. I’ve only had only one mistake-the restaurant didn’t give the dasher one item. I called, and the item 15 minutes later plus a credit. I live in Sacramento and it is often hot as hell during deliveries. Nonetheless, the dashers deliver professionally and on time. Bravo!

Have ordered from them twice and received both my orders well before the estimated time and they were accurate. After reading all the reviews I hesitant but almost all the negative reviews are about the dashers and I’m guessing that some city’s are worse than others. So far my experience in SLC, UT has been great!

My food was an hour late when an erratic dasher decided to use my number to casually call and text non stop. I to him to stop FOUR TIMES. I called him to tell him he was being inappropriate and then stole my food. This app has ZERO customer service help. The app would t let me cancel (even though he didn’t have my food yet). Finally found their number. They outsource their customer service but here’s the number 855-973-1040 they can’t do anything to help though. Look through their Facebook and Twitter comments. It’s all pretty scamny.
