I can't get in touch with customer service. My app hasn't worked in 4 months. Every time I call I'm on hold for 30 minutes and I eventually give up. Not worth it, I'm cancelling my subscription. Gave it 1 star because I can't give it 0.
Local support makes it work

Tech support is horrible. The people are rude. Fortunately my installing dealer is fabulous and takes care of all issues. Application works great in spite of crappy service from the company.
Had to upgrade

I was a little upset that I had to upgrade but glad I did. The old System worked 75% of the time when was on a 2g system (ran off the t-Mobil system). I just upgraded to the 4g unit (runs off Verizon) which set me back $100. (It would have been more if you didn't have it installed already with the old system) To install the new unit cost me $28 (not bad) and I had to call customer support who updated my account with the new unit. They gave me a discount AND forwarded my remaining balance of my old plan, in the form of a promo code so all I had to to was enter that when I picked the service plan I wanted. It went smoother than expected and I am extremely happy to be running off of Verizon so I'll get better coverage between my phone and car.

The app functions in a way I would expect a beta or early revision to work. When I open this app to start my car, it shouldn't take 30-60 seconds for me to be able to close the app. You should be able to open, click, and know the command is sent. I get that it will take time to get to the car but don't force the app to wait. Just send and accept via your API. Fix this and we will be much closer to 5 stars :-)

It's been a year since I had my smart start was installed & it has worked 10% of the time. What's the point of having it installed, and pay subscription when it doesn't work? It's a waste of money!!! Will never recommend! *zero star is much more appropriate to rate this app.

Unavoidable app failure

Why has the new update crashed down the app? After adding the 2 new dashboards the app completely stopped working and now I cant even open it. This needs to be fixed asap.

Won't clear alerts... clear that alarm went off. Exit out back to map. Cleared alert comes right back. First startup on login... type username and password. Says invalid. Then some popup error. And logs in anyways because the entered information was actually correct.
