Worthless product and application.

It takes a really good app, or a really bad one for me and to write a review. After coming out with an update almost a year after Apple Watch was released, I bet my interns would do a better job. Nothing I love more than paying a ton of money and getting a worthless app with worthless support. Oh, let's not forget how it constantly logs you out, have to go through the password reset process because you can't change your password in the app, etc. You could do just about anything with your money, up to and including wiping your ... With it, and you would get more value. Directed, I hope you get a class action lawsuit. Your product is NOT as advertised.

I couldn't depend on this app when I truly needed it. When I was in need to get into my truck the app didn't work. Not happy!

Love the new app for the phone and the watch! Much nicer design! Status on doors locked/unlocked is false When doors are locked it is reading unlocked I am getting tired of always having to sign in.... Old app I did it once and done.. This one seems like everyday and is not convenient for me! It would be nice to see the status of your car on your watch if at all possible?

This update is awful. Always makes me log in, never connects to my car even over wifi!! The circles on the dash just spin and I get an error message. So hard to navigate within the app.

The original version was much better and more reliable. This version NEVER starts my car. I'm ready to cancel my subscription.

Seems to know when I don't have my keyfob with me and need to get in my truck. I can park my truck in the same spot within 50 feet...some days it works fine, others I have to go back to my hotel room to grab my keys because this system doesn't do what I pay for it to do. False triggers galore, spotty GPS locating, and random connection issues have me wondering why this system isn't free. I was a mobile electronics installer for 25+ years, and have never come across a product that was more disappointing, both in performance and reliability. Absolutely worthless, and a huge waste of money. Pointless to have the app if I have zero confidence using it. And in a moment of ignorance, I prepaid for 3 years. Stupid.

The new version is completely unreliable. Please fix this. We are paying a subscription for it to work.

I'll admit, I just got the car that this app is for so perhaps I haven't figured it out yet. However , I'm really tech savvy and I can't seem to get this to work. This app is called smart start. From what I read I should be able to control my car from this app (lock, remote start etc.)? However, everytime I go to use it, I get a message saying that the app isn't connected to my car. Which means my car needs to be on. Which then means I'm already in my car so it seems to defeat the purpose . I hope I'm wrong and if so , clarification would be greatly appreciated . Thanks!
