Amazing! 2 bug and 1 feature that would be cool

Love the new app for the phone and the watch! Much nicer design! Watch app just says "Please launch the iPhone app and login". I've done this and nothing has changed.. so it is currently useless. Status on doors locked/unlocked is false When doors are locked it is reading unlocked It would be nice to see the status of your car on your watch.


Not Better

Dis APP ointed

Original version was more reliable. The new version sporadically doesn't start my car and often requires me to re-enter my password. And bring back the button! The. Ew swipe to start is annoying.


Why would you ruin a great app

The old version had a big picture of my car on the main screen, so it was easy to know what vehicle was selected. Now its very small in the upper right corner with no picture just a small font description, which is hard with multiple vehicles on one account. Also it was easy to just tap start instead of having to drag up. It takes a couple if times swiping before it starts the car. The new version is a dissapointment. Go back to simple big font easy buttons

Bad app that never improves. Crashes constantly. The worst is when you remote start your car and then the app crashes when you try to unlock it.

The app usage was spotty at best regardless of cell or wifi connection. However, the bigger issue is customer service. They are very difficult to get through to and when you do speak to someone it becomes clear they are all ignorant, arrogant employees.

Terrible app with worse help

My car only starts about 12% of the time. I have emailed several times without a response. The app will tell me my car is running when it isn't. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP!!!

The ap looks good and operates as it should however the equipment to support the vehicle is not worth the time and effort. Viper/direct smart start went through a short notice "upgrade" to their cellular systems. This "upgrade" essential disabled my system because the new cell carrier does not cover in my area. The system worked great before the "upgrade". The fix suggested by the company was for me to buy a new unit and renew my contract, they gave me a coupon, cool, but I have a year left on my contract so I'm essentially out $100. I will not be renewing my contract and will look for a different service. Bottom line not impressed and very disappointed in such terrible customer service. It doesn't help he "upgrade" occurred when he temperature was at -25 degrees ambient. Sure would have been nice to have a remote start:(
