Makes you sign in every time

Not sure what you did, but requires logging in everytime you open app now. Doesnt work well will apple watch.

Remote start run time is not working would like to see it back and working as well as the lock and unlike time be added back to the app.

This is not a good system. I’ve had to change my password 5-6 times this month. And had to delete then reinstall the app. Shopping for a new alarm system now.

I’m all the years I’ve used IP smart start this is the worst. Metropolitan areas are garbage. Never again

I have had this system for over a year now. I honestly have had no major issues with the connection. I am writing this review because an update just came out and still wondering why this app still has NO TOUCH/FACE ID capabilities. It’s 2020 people. Let’s get to work.

I really like this app I just think that its time for a major update in design and functionality. I have friends that have Drone mobile devices installed in their cars. I really like the way that the app has been made. Also, my parents have the My Chevrolet app installed as well. I like it as well. One big thing I wish I could do in the app is to have A way to manually update the app. To know whether the car is running doors are locked in real-time. I would also like to have A button added to turn off the ignition. One last thing I would like to have added is a way to extend and decrease the run time on my car.

I’ve had this for a couple years now the app was updated a week ago and hasn’t worked since 10/21/20 still sends notifications on the vehicles getting moved or hit geofencing but nothing else works
