Last Update Broken - No Support

I would have given this 4 stars but the last update is busted. Can’t get a response on there website chat during normal hours and waited on the phone for 40 minutes with no answer. Have to keep logging back in.

I've been using this app for about a year now, and although the old app was antiquated, it worked and did everything you needed it to. This app doesn't. It doesn't tell you that your car has started through any notification except if you sit there and watch your screen. It does show as started for about 5 secs initially , but then goes away. The only way you know that the command worked is if you sit and stare at your screen or if you take the time to slide and check the status which takes additional time. Where's the pop up notification like before?! Directed, please update this app asap!!

What a disappointment!

Have had it four days, and my hopes of starting the car on an icy day are dashed. Not only is app not starting the car, now the key fob isn’t working either. I can stand at my window & watch the car not starting. For this I paid $650? App does tell me that it’s 20° out — so at least I know what I’ll have to slog through to start my car.

It very handy to have but from time to time it doesn't start and it occasionally signs me out. Would be nice to use my fingerprint instead of entering a passcode all the time.

I would expect more than this from a free app let alone a paid service. Constantly logs you out, will only accept the default password even after I "successfully" changed my password online, randomly gives me error messages saying it won't start or unlock my car even when both the vehicle and cell phone have full service. Can't believe I paid this much to have it installed, worse that I paid for the year subscription service. Two weeks in and already looking to exchange it for another company's starter

This is the 1st time I've felt compelled to write a review. Save yourself a fair amount of money and even more frustration. This product is a total and complete ripoff. It works so infrequently it's not worth the effort. For instance, this morning I attempted to start the car 6 times with the ap. Each attempt takes between 30 & 45 seconds. I finally just used the fob which is far more reliable. I wish I had listened to those who expressed similar results. Shame on me for thinking it can't be that bad. Trust me, it is that bad.

Im new to this app. So i want to say it does crash alot and takes a while to start, lock or unlock my car. Not sure if it works best with Wifi . But hopefully with this update it can fix those bugs! The idea of starting your car through your cell phone is amazing but definitely needs some improvements! Lets see how this update improves it!!
