What a disappointment! – Directed SmartStart Review

Have had it four days, and my hopes of starting the car on an icy day are dashed. Not only is app not starting the car, now the key fob isn’t working either. I can stand at my window & watch the car not starting. For this I paid $650? App does tell me that it’s 20° out — so at least I know what I’ll have to slog through to start my car.
