Can No longer Log In

I’ve owned his for 4 years now and have always been able to log in to the app using thumb print recognition. As of today I can no longer log in manually or through thumb print. It’s completely unresponsive! Please fix it right away!!!

Worked great until power outage. Now it will not work. Tried everything including factory reset. Piece o crap - craftsman.

Every so often I have to reset it. Or there’s days like today where the app kicks me out of my phone and won’t let me log back in. I can’t even reset my password because the site is down. (Even though I know my password)
Worked fine until iOS 11.4.

Worked for years on all of our phones. Was absolutely great to monitor the status and open and close the garage door on command from anywhere in the world. Stopped working today. Might be an issue with iOS 11.4.

The app work great for a while and then the app on my phone and my wife phone just stopped working and it will not allow us to log in anymore.

Not sure what people are talking about with this not working. I love it. Works great and keeps me from giving out that garage code to outsiders that need access to the house. Also, when on vacation it was nice to see that the door was not opened. Best thing ever.

I purchased the Craftsman garage door opener with the gateway and app about 4 years ago. Around 3 years ago I had a contractor working on several projects around and on the outside of my house and needed access to my garage several times a day. I couldn’t take a month off work to be home every time he needed access so he would call me instead. The app worked well for this and I’ve had several large packages delivered inside my garage as well. All it took was adding specific delivery instructions to call me so I could open the garage door for them. I love the app!

I love the fact that I can control my garage door from anywhere in the world. BUT...for some reason my alerts in the app keep turning off by themselves. Please fix this feature as I depend on the alerts to let me know when my kids get home from school.
Lacking alert options

I wish I could set an alert for a certain amount of minutes so if I forget to close the door when going to work or at night it would alert me after 5 or 10 minutes. It only has an alert showing when the door is opened or closed.
