Alerts just stopped

On my iPhone I was receiving alerts. Those stopped about a week ago. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not return my alerts. Email alerts do work. The app works. But not phones alerts. :(

Now I stopped getting alerts. And it appears that I’m not the only user having this issue. Please update the app to get it to work again!

The push alerts used to work, but no longer. I’ve deleted and re-added all of the alerts and the app itself but still no alerts for me or my wife.
Alerts Stopped Working - Switched to MyQ

Like other users, the app stopped sending push notifications for my alerts, which was really concerning. Other reviews suggested the MyQ app. I installed the MyQ app tonight and was able to get my garage door opener connected. I had to complete the set up from scratch, but the app was very user friendly and had easy to follow instructions to make set up a breeze. One thing to note is that you need to delete your garage door device from the Craftsman app prior to being able to connect it to the MyQ app. Everything is working really well in the new app (including the push notifications for alerts!!), and there seems to be a lot more functionality available!
Not Receiving push notifications makes sense

I visited the app reviews to see if I was the only one not receiving push notifications anymore and quickly realized I wasn’t. Noticed a lot of “update your app please” reviews and was going to add one myself. Then I remembered reading a article about Sears stopping payments on retirees pensions. If that article is true, then I guess it would make sense that the craftsman app is not getting updated along with the latest iOS versions. If they(Sears Holding)are not willing to update people’s bank accounts, why would they update an app?
They are moving to new software

After a week of research and follow up found that you need to call Chamberlin since they are the manufacturer 18005285880 and they will have you download the myQ app. Best bet is to be home when you make the call, because the tech will have to help you transfer over.

App stopped push notifications and I wrote to the email address listed on this this download page for support, have been getting bounced around- seems like nobody wants to support this any more.

So, here is how to fix the issue that just started where you no longer receive notifications! First, log in to your assurelink account on a computer and delete your place on this portal. Then download the myQ app on the App Store and locate your serial number. Key in the serial number and re-set-up your doors and life is good!

App was amazing back in the day. Push notifications worked and now push. Notifications don’t work anymore. Reinstalled the app a dozen times and nothing helps. Fix this craftsman!

App use to work fine with an occasional issue but as of about a month ago the notifications stopped. This was a feature that I used very often to monitor my house. PLEASE FIX!!
