Push notifications not working

The push notifications that alerts me when my garage door is open stopped working about a month ago. What happened? Will there be a fix?

Stopped send notifications, need update

Very easy and useful app. It has secondary security to prevent accidental opening of the door with the app. It has never failed to work. Also has a useful history file. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it would be very useful if it indicated which remote or if it was the wall switch that opened or closed the door. Update 7-22-2019. The push notifications stopped a month or two ago. What’s the cause? What is the corrective action?

***UPDATE!!! My notifications started working again! I’ve adjusted my stars accordingly because now the app and my notifications work flawlessly. Thank you!*** I’ve had this door opener and app since 2016. All has worked great with minor little glitches from time to time, but nothing I’d stress over or write a review about....until now. Notifications are gone!!!! Worked great until about the end of June...now no matter what I try I cannot get my notifications of when the door opens and closes back. Super frustrating that the help support and in app help section just take you to Craftsman’s webpage for products. No tech help, no support, nothing!!! Come on craftsman! There’s an obvious issue as I’m not the only one that lost notifications!!!!!

Latest update broke the Apple Watch app

I use the Watch app to open the door every day when I get home from work, and now it just spins and never opens the door. I’ve tried rebooting both my iPhone XR and Watch and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Both are running latest iOS.

Used to work with Apple Watch before update.

I used to be able to open my garage door using my Apple Watch. Now I’m unable to after updating this app.

And over the last few months it seems like some part of this app is always failing. Currently I get notifications when the garage door opens/closes, however I cannot open the app. It keeps giving me an error that says the app cannot connect to the Internet... Obviously my cellular connection fine or else I would not be able to leave this review. Being able to remotely open/close the door was a must when I was selecting a garage door opener, so this is very frustrating. Previously, I could open the app to open and close it, but would not get notifications. There was also a weird phase where my phone would “ding” to signal the opening/closing, but no notification would be displayed.
