Intermittent problem

I too am having trouble getting the app to recognize my opener. It only works about 1 of every 4 tries. Frustrating since the iPhone app option was the main reason I chose this model. When it does work, it's wonderful.

Until about a month ago, this app was excellent and the peace of mind it gave was priceless. However, since updating my phone to IOS 11.4, at least half the time my opener and app do not communicate, which means my garage door won’t open, won’t close, or won’t alert me when either of those things do happen. A once-useful tool has become a headache, a disappointment, and a frustration.

Worst, most unreliable app on my phone

This is by far, the worst - most unreliable app on my phone. The only thing on this app that works consistently is the pop ups requesting feedback on the App Store. If the garage door opening functioned as well as those feedback requests, this would be a 5 Star app. Don’t get this system thinking it will solve your garage door woes. It’s buggy, unreliable, and frustrating more than 90% of the time. I’ve had to exit my car and punch in the garage door code to open the door countless times because the app won’t work properly. Buyer beware.

Keeps bugging me to rate it

This is a great app but it keeps bugging me to rate it when I am trying to open my garage door. I have my settings set telling apps not to ask me to provide ratings but it is still doing it. Otherwise I like it a lot.

Is not working with iOS 11.4. Had been working fine for a number of years but stopped working today. Only think that changed was updating to iOS 11.4.

App won’t allow me to sign in or reset my password. Worked flawlessly prior.

App always is thinking never will connect immediately, tried resetting the app re-downloading but the app only works sporadically please make it consistent the whole purpose in me purchasing a WiFi garage door opener is so I don’t need to purchase 5 remotes. Disappointing!
