Used to be able to see on my phone anytime the garage door was opened or closed with a banner notification. All of a sudden this capability stopped. I can still refer to history but don’t know when people are coming & going in the house. Pretty upset about this
I can use the app to open and close my door, but the feature to receive notifications when the door opens and closes is not working.
I phone notification stopped working for no reason. What’s going on with that? All setting on phone are setup correct.
I have had this app for over a year and it works pretty good. However, after the last iOS update a few weeks ago, the app no longer will send an alert on my devices when the garage door opens/closes. All other features of the app still work. This is very important to me for obvious security reasons. ATTENTION SEARS: please fix this!!!
Used to get push alerts for the door opening or closing. A couple months ago, we got an email saying they redesigned the app and we had to set it all up again. We’ve tried five different times with each of our phones and it won’t pair with the new app. Why did you have to break something that worked?
