Can No longer Log In – Craftsman Smart Garage Door Opener Review

I’ve owned his for 4 years now and have always been able to log in to the app using thumb print recognition. As of today I can no longer log in manually or through thumb print. It’s completely unresponsive! Please fix it right away!!!
