Works ok

Simple interface. History doesn’t seem to work, though.

Needs to update the app

Jdimstrsan

Since I updated my iPhone to iOS 11.1, the app won’t give me the notification any more.

Disappointed

Jbear45!!!

I needed to buy 2 new remotes since craftsman cannot make a remote that can outlast the garage door opener. Figured if I was going to spend $100 may as well go digital. When the app does connect, it will only make the garage door open about half the time. When the garage door is already open. It will only close the garage door about 10% of the, if that. Guess I am spending on another $100 on crappy plastic remotes.

Works well

I’ve had the craftsman garage door opener at for more than a year and it usually works pretty well. The most annoying thing is it’s insistence on rating the app.

Works great, doesn't autorotate on my iPad2

Not sure if it's because my iPad is so old but this app doesn't autorotate. Doesn't affect functionality but it's a nuisance. I really like being able to check my garage door (open or closed) and also open or close it remotely. The app rotates just fine on my Android phone.

Works pretty well, but 3 things would make it better

**DJ**

Works well quite happy with the app. I would love to see three things for 5 star. 1. Ability to remotely enable/disable the door opener. I take spontaneous trips and homelink in my older car doesn’t work for me, so I have to leave an opener in my car (which may get left at the house). It would just be a handy extra security thing. 2 Alert if door has been open for specified period of time. For example for 30 min or 2 hours. 3 Alert if door is open past a specific time of day. In case I left it open, it would notify me when I go to bed.

Room for improvement

The app is overall great. You can check if your garage is closed from miles away and even set a schedule for your garage. I do feel though that the app can be improved. It could have functionality with smart home hubs, such as the Google home/assistant. If you ask if your garage is closed to the assistant then it could say no or yes. You could also add it to Siri. You could voice command the garage to close and then it would. I feel that adding this functionality would make the app perfect.

Crashes

Mu$1k

This app crashes all the time saying MyQ server error. It also asks you to rate the app every single time I open it, so here’s my review that you so desperately wanted from me. Need more functions than just opening and closing the door.

App no longer works with Apple Watch

jkang817

Ever since I updated the app/watch I have not been able to use this app on my Apple Watch. It keeps giving me a error saying my login/ password is incorrect (203) but I’m logged in just fine on my phone. What’s really stupid is there’s no way to login on the Watch.

Needs an update

TheSilentTypo

I’m not sure who is to blame for the fact that the Apple Watch complication isn’t showing up in the menu for watch faces despite the iPhone app indicating it should. It’s been over 8 months since there was an update for this app and I think it could use some attention. As an iPhone app it works fine so if that’s all you need then it’s great.
