Alerts don’t work

Everything worked until a few months ago. Now alerts don’t work. I tried the support links and emails but they no longer work. Not sure who owns this now but please fix the alerts!!

Download the myQ app. Make sure you delete your garage door info in the Craftsman app. On myQ add internet gateway, enter your serial number on your Assurelink box and follow instructions and it works like a champ!

It does the job BUT! UPGRADE!

Update: 7/2019 the alerts had miraculously resumed shortly after rating the app, but have since stopped working. This was a huge selling point, to be able to monitor when the door is opened and closed, now it’s just a pain. Please fix the alerts! Was working fine then the alerts for the door opening and closing stopped working. This seems to be a common problem, need an update to get this fixed please.

Worked for a few months then no longer sent push notifications. Uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail. Tried different phones and nothing. Serves me no purpose if I can’t be notified when door is open and or closed.

App worked great until recently. Just like other users, notifications just stopped working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, deleted account and started from scratch 4 times! This is not Craftsman Quality!! Get new Devs if your that lazy to fix it!!
