Terrible app

Great store but this app is terrible. Cannot see anything about products in the club and cannot even see basic items to order online. They need to take a lesson from the Sam’s Club app.

I didn’t carry my card and went to Costco because I have this app. Spent 2 hours gathering all my groceries with my kid. On checking the app didn’t work so my card didn’t pop up, it has to verify each time that you paid their yearly fee so your card is actually not stored in your phone. I gave them my drivers license but their system was also down so they couldn’t verify. The manager on site tried to check but couldn’t find my membership with my license, I have a business account, but couldn’t check those, system was down again. I LEFT WITHOUT MY GROCERIES! I just can’t imagine a worst service: I want to buy your product, I have the money, but because your system is down you don’t let me pay and buy them. Costco customer service is not what it used to be. Amazon will take them over.

Unsafe app don't leave any credit card info in this app they claim is for membership auto renew they will charge other things on card just a scam and fraud..... If you don't use the app just delete it safer....

Costco's app does not integrate with sale prices listed on computers. If you use it, you'll be overcharged, not offered sale prices, etc. Stick with their website.

I know Costco and other membership big boxes stores love foot traffic so they can push impulse, higher profit items... but DAYUM!! Purposely making an app with horrible navigation, horrible search (especially if you want to add filters), and incomplete product information... is the best way to drive me to ANOTHER big box.. not YOUR big box store.

Please add Apple Wallet support for the Costco card

This app is decent, not great, not terrible, but it would be amazing if Costco added Apple Wallet support for their Costco card. It’s so much more convenient and faster to bring up your card(s) in Apple Wallet than it is to search for the app and wait for things to load whether at checkout or the store’s entrance. It even appears on the lock screen when you’re at the store so that it’s a single tap to bring up your card. That’s the “magic” and simplicity that I and I am willing to bet many, if not most, Apple users enjoy with iPhones and the software. I know this is asking for much, but you could also add NFC support to your card in Apple Wallet and your gas pumps so that people can tap their phones to the pump wirelessly. It’s a much more fast, sanitary and efficient process. I’ve already seen clvarious gas stations implement this for Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. It’s the future and it’s just great. Please Costco, if anything, at least add this one feature. Sam’s club has added Apple Wallet support for their card and it works fantastically.

Wouldn’t even let me make an account

Downloaded it and tried making an account so many times I ended up just giving up. Tried changing the zip code and couldn’t even do that. This app has too many bug and glitches.

I don’t understand why Costco, certainly a multi billion dollar company, cannot make a decent app. I haven’t been able to login for several months. Also, seems like a no-brainier that websites or apps should show what is actually stocked in their warehouse. Lots of grocery stores do that.

Can’t rely on it

It wouldn’t show membership the last time I tried to use it to enter Costco, so I have to go back to carrying my plastic membership card.
