Why even make an app if it can't handle the traffic of its own users? When I try to access any feature, including the card feature, I'm taken to a page saying that "I'm waiting in line" because the app is "too busy". Absolute trash. Skip the app
The app is junky

When I open the app and go to my password storage the app only pick up patial password but leave the word password in the blank as result it cause to app to flag me wrong password used. Also I cannot view in warehouse receipt either. I can view in-warehouse receipts all day online but no on the app. Not only it does not let me view it also messed up my in warehouse receipts view only also. This app need a FIX

I live in Yorba Linda and the Savi Ranch store is the one I go to. There is no one time that I go there that the stores employees do not bark orders at you, never a “please”or a “thank you” , and they treat people like you treat someone that bothers them. They are very rude. I’m 70 years old and I am still working as a professional in healthcare, and I resent a store employee that treats me with no respect or consideration. Just now, while at the store, the person that was herding customers through the cashier lines said, “C’mon people, move it! I don’t have all day to waste it on you”!…Disgraceful! Maybe, it would be good to remind that employee that if it not were for us, the customers, she would not have a job and Costco would be broke!

Deleted this app as it really does nothing but hold your credit card data. Can’t use it at the gas pump or for scanning items for checkout. Costco stores > Sam’s stores but take a lesson from the Sam’s app to see an app worth downloading.

This app is the most out of date app I’ve ever experienced. Many times when selecting an item on the app if you try to select a different color it doesn’t show up. Even today when trying to select a different color in a hoodie from the new email sent today, it pulls up a couple pictures of the hoodie and then shows a completely different hoodie. This app is so antiquated. The frustrating part about all of this is that it has been this way for long time. The quality control in the app does not match the consistency of quality control you experience in the store. Please, please take a serious look at all aspects of your app and bring it up to the high standards you have in your stores.
App needs serious bug fixes

Face ID authentication is constant. Without scrolling or touching the screen Face ID is constantly displayed every 5-10 seconds. Also, the app previously had authentication problems. You would have to sign in to see member prices when you should already have been authenticated (the way Amazon works). Devs need to go back to the drawing board with user authentication.

Give scan guns to your people at exit door. It’s weird the way they look at receipt, customer and the items. Seriously, Costco is way too behind Sam’s in using technology. Sam’s plus offers no-minimum free shipping on almost all items. Only reason I still go here is quality produce and gas.

App is horrible, had to force close app plenty of times just to get it create an account for me only to find out the app itself doesn’t even offer half the features Sam’s club app does. Pretty disappointing.

I love Costco but the app is broken, keeps on saying my membership is expired even though I renewed it. The search is broken too, keep your physical card as this is unreliable to use for payment or entry to costco
