New updates causing app to crash

As of nov 21, app crashes upon opening meaning I can’t use it at all.
There’s always an issue with the app

Always have quarters on hand. Each week I use this app, there's an different issue. This week the app kept crashing after the latest update. Luckily removing and reinstalling the app fixed it. Last week, the app said I had insufficient funds when I had more than $20 on the account and the wash only cost $2. Two weeks ago, the app couldn't connect to the machine. Always have quarters.

Normally I’d leave a 5 star review since it works great and fast, but with a recent update (Nov 2019) the app now crashes. I can see it fine when I pull up my open apps, but when I slept it to use the app, it shows the loading page, then it crashes. I assume the only way to get the developers attention is to leave a bad review so, please fix f and I will gladly update this review.

I have my laundry in the washers and can’t do anything because no matter what the app crashes the instant I open it!

Expects us to use an app to pay for the washer and drier when the app doesn’t work half the time. Stop having washers and driers use an incapable app. It’s stupid.

Was forced to switch to this service because my complex switches machine providers. I was hoping for much more functionality from this app. First - for some reason you have to be in a laundry room to register. Ours are in the basement where there is no connection to anything. I had to walk outside and stand right next to the building to register. Second - despite having to enter machine specific codes to pay the app doesn’t seem to be able to track the machines. I expected that it would be able to tell me exactly how much time is left in a cycle since it’s tracking machines. Third - we were also provided a contractors card for the machines but for some reason you can’t link that to the app. Yes I was able to start my machines and do laundry but the whole experience was highly frustrating and not well designed.
