I switched phones and all of a sudden it doesn’t recognize my email. Now I am unable to wash clothes and I still have 30.00 on the card. When I try to re-register says my phone number is already used. THAT MEANS YOU HAVE MY ACCOUNT I know my email give me access to my freaking account

I loaded $10 for my first time and used $1.75 of that and went back on later in the week and it says my account is at $0!! So ridiculous and no number to call.

Never need to worry about getting change for wash again. Easy process. The phone connects to the app, done. The app connects to the laundry machines. Refill of funds on app also simple.

This is a great app for those of us that are stuck using laundromat machines! It makes it really convenient and fast to get your laundry in and get it washed/dried without having to lug around a sack of quarters large enough to beat somebody to death with!
