Very happy with technology working makes it easy to pay for washing and don’t need to keep getting quarters super time saving!!

First, if you have anything older than iPhone 7 it will probably just crash over and over and never connect. Once I upgraded my phone I was able to use it, but it spontaneously charges me every once in a while, sometimes leaving a negative balance. Once I noticed it charged me 3 times in one dryer load for each time I opened the door to un-wad my sheets. I requested a refund, and surprisingly it came through. Maybe keep a paper tally of your balance or something. The nature of the scam is that they’re betting most people can’t be bothered to notice or do anything if “trivial” amounts disappear from their accounts. I guess it’s not worth it to contest refund claims, so they just do it, and they can just claim the plausible deniability of “bugs in the code” or something.

Machines are easy to use and online system is pretty accurate. I just wished that the neighbors and manager of apartment would do more to keep the area clean and sanitary
