Good idea, horrible execution

The app has constant problems. It doesn’t connect co some machines, or connects but gives an error “could not start the machine”. I had to buy a new card so that I could do laundry.
Best laundry service I have ever used!

This is the best laundromat in all of nyc, the cleanest and the machines are all brand new so my clothes actually smell like detergent :)

Working superbly
Noticed the availability is not accurate on the ap. It also lists some which are non existent and missing others. One machine not working but notified them via ap and by phone. Especially like the notifications of when machine is done. Otherwise, good ap.
